Become a Vendor

Welcome Vendors

The Harvard Farmers’ Market has been a smashing success, with our market growing from 13 vendors in Season 1 to 25 vendors in Season 2 and continued growth since. We are thrilled to announce that preparations are already underway for Season 5. We would like to extend a warm welcome for you to join us here at Central Massachusetts largest open air market beginning August 13, 2011. We sincerely hope that you will accept our invitation to be a part of this festive and fun seasonal event.

Harvard is conveniently located off Rt 2 and I495. Because we have few local retailers in our town, our residents and neighbors have embraced the Market and value the opportunity to buy fresh, delicious foods in town while supporting local farmers and producers. Our small town is bustling on the weekends with community sporting events and other outdoor activities and the Market is always filled with people who come to shop and savor the community spirit. Each Saturday, one can expect to meet neighbors and find live music, fresh produce, delicious baked goods, local food products, and friendly vendors. Square dancing has even been know to break out at the Market. The Harvard Farmers’ Market is an event that is not to be missed!

2011 Harvard Farmers’ Market season begins on August 13th and will be held every Saturday until October 31st (with the exception of Oct 15th weekend). The Market is open to shoppers from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., rain or shine. The Market is located at the Harvard Elementary School on Rt 111. This site is visible and accessible to both vendors and shoppers; with its proximity to the town center and beautiful views of Bare Hill Pond and the new Harvard Public Library, its location is ideal!

Spaces can be reserved for $225 for the full season. Spaces will be assigned to vendors on a first come, first serve basis. Alternatively, vendors who choose to reserve a spot on a weekly basis may do so for $25/week, space permitting.
