Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 potatoes, cut into spears
1 T. Kosher salt
T. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme from the Herb Lyceum
Directions:
Put potatoes and all other ingredients in a plastic bag and shake. Put in baking dish and bake in hot (400 deg) oven for 45 min, stirring with spatula every 15 min.
