I am adding a link to our blogroll — it is the site of the Incredible Edible Todmorden.  Todmorden is an inspirational town in England who is going to remarkable measures town wide to grow all their food locally.  Their programs include a Community Herb Garden, the Dream Streets Project to help people imagine what their properties would look like when planted edibles, Every Egg Matters (an community effort to be self sufficient for eggs) and the Fishy Food Hub. The Fishy Food Hub is an interesting growing system set up at the local high school that uses the water that fish live in to water plants and then capture it back to feed the fish with the algae that grows in the system.
