Ground Lamb Appetizers

Ingredients:
2 lb. lean lamb
2/3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cumin
Mix together for dip:
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. honey
Directions:
Mix ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 275 degrees for 45 minutes. Dip into mustard and honey mixture.
